From 1/4: Add 1 procedure from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to connect NSW

The General Department of Customs has just issued a quick dispatch to direct the provincial and municipal Customs Departments to deploy the technical stages to officially connect one more administrative procedure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD). ) on a national one-door system (NSW).

Specifically, the General Department of Customs said that the procedures for granting imported plant quarantine certificates, state inspection of food safety of imported plant origin products, state inspection of food quality. MARD's imported animal and aqua feed will be officially connected on NSW from April 1, 2020.

Therefore, the General Department of Customs shall direct provincial and municipal Customs Departments to decentralize the use of the function of looking up imported plant quarantine certificates and state inspection of food safety of goods with real origin. import and state inspection of quality of imported animal and aqua feeds on the Customs Electronic Processing System (E-Customs) for customs officers.

At the same time, customs officers at the sub-departments are requested to access the centralized electronic clearance system (E-Customs) to look up and exploit the certificate of imported plant quarantine and state inspection on security. all imported foods of plant origin, state inspection of quality of imported animal and aqua feeds for shipments and does not require enterprises to submit paper for permits issued through NSW when customs clearance.

Previously, the Plant Protection Department, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Official Letter No. 439 / BVTV-VP (March 10, 2020) to the General Department of Customs requesting to coordinate in the implementation of the NSW connection for the stated procedure. on.

Also according to the General Department of Customs, as of January 31, 2020, NSW has 188 administrative procedures of 13 connected ministries and branches, with over 2.8 million records of more than 35,000 enterprises. In particular, MARD has implemented 17 procedures to connect NSW./.
